Tooting Tram and Social

We went for a little trip to London. I love this city it is so much fun! There is such a great energy and abundance of different cultures, it really is so vibrant and alive. We had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant called Banana Leaf in Tooting (I think there is a different Banana Leaf in every city I've been to...) This one has Sri Lankan cuisine, and it's more than delicious. The prices are so cheap as well, a bit of a tricky thing to find these days in London. Three of us ate all we could and then some for 25 pounds! We were too hungry and greedy to take photos...Afterwards my cousin Tanya introduced us to this cool pub/lounge, the Tooting Tram Social. The decor is a dream, really boho vintage chic, composed of various different chairs and retro furniture, vintage chandeliers (I know!), funky frames and pictures, and my favorite, christmas lights strung haphazardly in old bird cages...So cool! It's such a large space, they did actually use to store trams there back in the day, but they've made it feel so cozy for quite an open room. If you are in London, go visit! You can find more info here!

The photos are a bit blurry, a combination of an unsteady hand + steady flow of wine...

Isn't the entrance alley to the Tooting Tram and Social so pretty?

Dream Wedding

Through my internet exploring obsession I always stumble onto beautiful and interesting things, including this wedding. Not only are the photographs by Australian photographer Jonas Peterson absolutely phenomenal, the whole theme of the wedding is so gorgeous, pure and simple. A dream!

Quarter of a Century

25 today. I know it's young, but I feel old...Brought out my inner rebel and got a tattoo. A bird and flowers, so mature right? I love it though, and it makes me happy. Right here, right now
