Sorry for my absence, I've been lying in bed trying to heal...a virus playing around with my body, feeling ill, ill, ILL. Even looking at the computer screen was a no no. Still a little sensitive, hope it all goes away soon! Some pretty inspiration from around the web.

|It is in the details; like the zipped upturned cuff on his jeans that make that extra little cool touch!|
|Such cool 70s flair, love her big clutch!|

I love this Erin Wasson for RVCA fall campaign! It's so artsy, I could imagine one of these as a print on my walls! I really like how a lot of the campaigns these days, and even art in general has gone back to its roots, and is using handmade, original things combined today's technology. The result is pretty damn cool!

It's my grandmother's 80th birthday in October and I will be meeting up in Slovakia with my parents and other family for a celebration dinner. I don't really have a dress that I would like to wear for the occasion yet, but I have been looking around the net, specifically Shopbop, for inspiration. Even though I can't afford any of these particular dresses, at least it gives me a starting point into looking for similar styles at stores that have, let's say, more agreeable prices! I am really loving the long sleeve mini dresses, not only because they seem appropriate for fall, but they would also work in covering up my tattoo on my arm, as to not cause any grief to my grandma and her friends...!

These towels/blankets made out of linen are so simple, beautiful and easy to carry, that it makes me wonder why they aren't available everywhere and why I don't yet have one! On the other hand, at 75 dollars a pop, maybe it's simply time for a little home sewing project? You can see more of Deck Towel here.

I stumbled upon these amazing works of graffiti art via one of my favorite inspiration sites. They didn't say the location, but the works looked familiar so I decided to reseach it a bit more. It ends up that most of them are in Barcelona but as luck would have it, Guy and I (unknowingly!) took pictures under one of his works in Valencia! How cool!

- when life is quite through with
- and leaves say alas,
- much is to do
- for the swallow,that closes
- a flight in the blue;
- when love's had his tears out,
- perhaps shall pass
- a million years
- (while a bee dozes
- on the poppies, the dears;
- when all's done and said,and
- under the grass
- lies her head
- by oaks and roses
- e.e. cummings
